- SOW Solicitation N10083-15-T-1277 Floor plan Portsmouth Naval Medical Center intends to award a Firm-Fixed Priced contract for installation of rail track system ceiling mounted for privacy curtains. The rail track ceiling mounts must universal and not unique to a specific curtain system. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and the intent is to award a purchase order for installation of a rail track system ceiling mounted for privacy curtains. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This notice of intent is a request for competitive quotes. All quotes received prior to Sep 7, 2015, 11:00 a.m. EST will be considered by the Government. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 811219. (Size Standard: $20.5).
