- THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE AND NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. SPECIFICATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLY WHEN THE SOLICITATION IS POSTED. The Architect of the Capitol will be posting an RFP solicitation on or about mid-September for a MULTIPLE AWARD CONTRACT, for VARIOUS CONSTRUCTION SERVICES Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract(s) for the ARCHITECT OF THE CAPITOL. Solicitation Number: RFPMACC2 The solicitation is being issued under an unrestricted competitive Request for Proposal (RFP). Title of Project: Multi Award Construction Contract (MACC) Type of Procurement: This acquisition may result in multiple awards of indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts acquired by using other than sealed bid procedures; specifically, Source Selection. A negotiated firm-fixed price contract may be awarded requiring submission of both a technical and a price proposal. The government will consider an offeror's technical capability in comparison to its price. The contract provides a minimum guarantee of $5,000 to each awardee and a maximum contract value of $250 Million per awardee over five years (one base year and four option years). Period of Performance: This contract will have a base year and four option years, with anticipated award date of January 2016. NAICS Code: 236220 General Construction Site Visit: There will not be a site visit. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. The successful offeror, if a large business, will be required to submit an acceptable Small Business Subcontracting Plan and semi-annual reports on their ability to meet the AOC's small business goals.
