- Rehabilitation of WILLIAMSPORT WATER INTAKE Structure, per attached documents - Amendment 0001 - Purpose is to reference Specifications Section 11300, and Drawings Sheets C-3, C-5 & C-6 which mention the brand name Johnson Half Intake Screen assembly and Johnson Hydroburst System and state: GOVERNMENT WILL ACCEPT JOHNSON BRAND, AS SPECIFIED, OR EQUAL.' FAR Clause 52.211.6 BRAND NAME OR EQUAL shall be added to this Amendment and subsequent contract. It is incumbent upon contractor to prove that proposed brand is equal. Bid due date has been extended to 08/28/15 at 3:00 p.m., ET. Attaching QUESTIONS/CONCERNS/CLARIFICATIONS discussed at site visit to this Amendment 0001 - AMENDMENT 0002 - PURPOSE IS TO ATTACH MISSING EVALUATION CRITERIA AND EXTEND BID CLODE DATE TO 09/04/15 AT 3:00 P.M., ET
