- RFP N65540-15-R-5178 The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Philadelphia, PA site is soliciting for the procurement of 60 KHz and 22.39 KHz Microphones and Preamplifiers. This solicitation is expected to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order with delivery date of 9 months from contract award. The acquisition is for 30 60 KHz microphones and preamplifiers and 215 22.39 KHz microphones and preamplifiers. The requirement will be processed in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. This is an unrestricted, full and open competitive procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334515), Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest priced proposal. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT ONLY. No CDs or hard copies will be provided. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://www.sam.gov/partal/public/SAM/. Additionally, the closing date for the receipt of proposals will be established in the solicitation.
