- Solicitation Drawings TYPE B-3 SPECIFICATIONS The scope of this project is to renovate the interior area of Building 198 at the 165th Airlift Wing Savannah, GA. The project consist of rearranging w alls and utilities, provide fire protection, and replace doors and finishes. Exterior w ork;provide utility support, pavements, site improvements, demolition and communications support. Install DDC environmental control system, install w et pipe fire suppression and fire alarm system.Sustainment: Replace roof with new standing seam metal roof system. Repair: Selective demolition of interior partitions, upgrade interior electrical systems and lighting, new interior and exterior finishes to include new suspended ceiling grid, general painting, new flooring, and mechanical system upgrade. Exterior w ork shall consist of electrical and communication distribution system undergrounding.This project is being solicited pursuant to FAR 19.502-2 Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The Size Standard for Small Business is $36.5M avg annual revenue for the previous three years. The project magnitude is betw een $250,000 and $500,000.
