- This is a notice of potential procurement of office furniture and relocation services. This procurement is being conducted under General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) procedures, as listed in FAR Part 8.4, and will be awarded to a GSA MAS vendor listed under category 711 1, Furniture Systems and Workstation Clusters. GSA Schedule Number must be submitted when returning the quote. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number for this requirement is AG0496-S-15-0003. This procurement is being set aside 100% for small business concerns under NAICS 337214, which has a size standard of 500 employees. The "non-manufacturer rule" applies for this procurement, and is detailed in FAR 19.102(f)(1)-(7). Note, that any non-manufacturer offeror shall comply with the size standard of 500 employees as detailed in FAR 19.102(f). The office furniture will be delivered and set up at the Edith Green-Wendell Wyatt Federal Building (EG-WW), Suite 1801, Portland, OR. The relocation services will be moving files and miscellaneous furniture/equipment/items from our current location approximately 4 miles from EG-WW.
