- NOTE: This was originally posted under W9124D-15-R-0056. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Knox intends to issue a request for quotation (RFQ) to purchase CULP Traininig with competition being sought from all responsible vendors. The NAICS Code is 611710. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The RFQ will be posted to the ASFI web portal on or about 28 August 2015. This date is subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on the ASFI Web portal. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. A solicitation mailing list will not be compiled. The solicitation and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. This action is being procured unrestricted; all responsible and responsive offerors may submit an offer for consideration. Prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (www.sam.gov) prior to the closing date listed in the solicitation. Prior to registering in SAM, contractors must obtain a DUN and Bradstreet number at 1-800-333-0505.
