- Description
- The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIOA, 308 W. D Ave Bldg 260, Eglin AFB FL 32542., intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for a CNC Lathe under the authority of FAR 13.106(1)(b) to Phillips Corporation, 7390 Coca Cola Dr. Ste 200. Hanover, MD 21076. Anticipated award amount is $114,845.00. Anticipated award date is 7 September 2015. Phillips Corporation is the sole and exclusive distributor authorized to sell the HAAS CNC machine tools and products. CLIN 0001: CNC Lathe PN: ST-10Y Included Options VDI Turret, High Pressure Coolant, Automatic Tool Presetter, Belt Type Chip Conveyer, Working Gauge Probe, Tailstock w/ Hydraulic Quill, 750 MB Expanded Memory, Intuitive Programming System, MFIN Cable Assembly. These items must be delivered to: AFRL/RWMF, EGLIN AFB, FL 32542 no later than 4 December 2015 on an FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 333517, small business size standard: 500 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes, however all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The government will consider all responses received within 5 calendar days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
