- SUBJECT: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE TO TRIFECTA NDUSTRIES, INC. FOR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE ON SIX (6) ATC LABORATORY COMPRESSORS AND EMERGENCY REPAIR SERVICES. The U. S. Army Contracting Command, Tenant Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to egotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Trifecta Industries, Inc 6700 Distribution Drive Suite E, Beltsville, MD 20705-1423. The contractor shall provide Preventative Maintenance and Emergency Repair Services on six (6) laboratory compressor. The contractor s a local small business and has the expertise to work on various types of equipment and is available on an emergency call basis. The vendor has past experience and prior contract, attest to he vendor's capabilities. Award to another contractor would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition, and unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 238220 and the size standard is $15.0 million. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 1:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, 5 September 2015. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a olicitation of offers.
