- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District requires a contract to provide Classroom Renovations in Building O-1900M, SOTF, Project Number SF00002-2P and Arms Room Renovation in Building O-1900M, SOTF, Project Number SF00007-2P, Solicitation W912PM-15-B-0011, at Fort Bragg, in Cumberland County, North Carolina. A sources sought notification for this requirement was previously posted under W912PM-15-R-0017; however, the solicitation number for this requirement will be W912PM-15-B-0011. The work for Classroom Renovation, Building O-1900M, SOTF, Project Number SF00002-2P consists of renovating approximately 10,235 SF of current areas on the second floor. The renovated areas consist of a Lecture Hall and its accessory spaces including office-Storage Room, corridor, electrical room, mechanical room, telecommunications room, A/V and Communications Rooms, and Group Toilets. The work also includes the construction of an approximate 400 SF stairs tower addition to provide a third egress from the Lecture Hall. The work for Arms Room Renovation, Building O-1900M, SOTF, Project Number SF00007-2P consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary to renovate an approximate 16,248 SF area on the first floor for the Arms Room. The work also includes the construction of a new loading bay on the exterior of the existing building. The Magnitude of Construction of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Network analysis will be required. This Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about July 23, 2015. The bid opening date will be specified in the solicitation when it is issued. No additional media (CD-ROM, faxes, etc) will be provided. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Other methods of requesting a package will not be honored. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 -Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the size standard is $36,500,000.00. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible to receive an award from any Government solicitation.
