- Synopsis - TOSHIBA CT SCANNERS PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR (W81K00-15-T-0357) The Biomedical Engineering Services at San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC) has a requirement to obtain preventative maintenance and repair for two (2) Toshiba Computed Tomography CT Scanners in accordance with the manufacturer's maintenance manuals, specification, and quality control policies and procedures governed by Biomedical Engineering Services. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% unrestricted procurement. The North American Industrial Classification System NAICS Code - 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance (size standard: $32.5M), SIC - 7699, Repair Services; shall provide the services, supplies and equipment as described in the solicitation for the preventative maintenance and repair for two (2) Toshiba Computed Tomography CT Scanners. The solicitation number is W81K00-15-T-0357. The solicitation will be available on/about 28 August 2015 at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm) and FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. The solicitation will close on/about 26 September 2015. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be physically issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be honored.
