- Publications Proposed Pre-Solicitation Notice - Synopsis Proposed Solicitation # - FA3030-15-T-0020 Requirement - Kayaks and a Trailer Description Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo Texas, has a requirement for Kayaks and a Trailer. A request for written quotations will be posted and made available on or after 28 August 2015. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The requirement will be solicited and evaluated under procedures of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Aqcuisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339920, Size Standard 500 Employees. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management website at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Vendors must also have a tax identification number and a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number. DUNS information and/or application can be accessed at http://smallbusiness.dnb.com or by calling 1-800-234-3867. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this website frequently for any updates or amendments to any documents. The anticipated award date for this requirement is 14 Septemeber 2015. The projected completion date is 30 days after date of award. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to the responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government.
