- The U.S. Army Signal Network Enterprise Center-Fort Hamilton, New York, has a requirement for the upgrade of the voice mailbox user information, which at a minimum would contain telephone extension number, voice mailbox number, Message Waiting Indication (MWI), destination number and User email addresses, if email notification or Unified Messaging is being implemented, in order to configure and install the Callegra. Service shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary. Pricing shall be inclusive of all surcharges or any fees associated with installation. This requirement will be set aside 100% for small business utilizing NAICS 5561421 (Telephone Answering Services). The small business size standard for this NAICS Code is $15,000,000.00. This synopsis is provided for informational purposes and is not considered a request for quote. The solicitation will be posted on or about 11 Sep 2015. The offer due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. Please be advised that hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available; you must download solicitation documents from the FBO. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code, and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ in order to transact business with the Government.
