- BRAND NAME JUSTIFICATION Statement of Objectives GENERAL INFORMATION The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement to purchase items as described in this document. This is a streamlined combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a request for quote (Reference-Number F3ST105197AW01). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83 (03 Aug 2015) and the DPN 20150626 effective 26 Jun 2015.
