- R15PS01708 - Support and Maintenance for Polycom Conferencing Equipment Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Amendment 0001 - 08/28/2015 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide the serial numbers for the Government's existing equipment, and to extend the quote due date. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) To facilitate electronic quote submissions through FedBizOpps, a request for quote (RFQ No. R15PS01708) is being issued subsequent to this combined solicitation/synopsis. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular number 2005-83. (vi) The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for a contractor to provide support and maintenance for Reclamation's existing Polycom Conferencing Equipment. (vii) Services shall begin on or about Tuesday, September 15, 2015. All services shall be completed by September 14, 2016 (with options to extend services through September 14, 2020).
