- Synopsis - ENT SCOPES (W81K00-15-T-0402) The Department of Gastroenterology Service at the San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC), Fort Sam Houston, TX has a requirement for ENT Scopes. This requirement will be solicited as an Unrestricted, Full and Open Competitive procurement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 339112 is 500 employees. Contractor shall provide ENT Scopes and all instruments as described in the solicitation. The ENT Scopes manufactured by Olympus America should be Brand Name or Equal. The solicitation number is W81K00-15-T-0402. The solicitation will be available on 28 August 2015 at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm) and FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov).
