- This is a solicitation for installation of Large Ceiling Fans at building 10902. Attached is the solicitation and 9 attachments. Site Visit: When - 03 September 2015 at 9:00am CST Where - Building 5450, 502d Contracting Squadron 1655 Selfridge Ave JBSA Lackland, TX 78236 **Please arrive 15 minutes early so we may follow over to building 10902. We will be leaving promptly at 9:00am CST.** If you plan to attend the site visit, you must send your Full Name, Date of Birth, License Number/ID Number and State, and Company Name. Failure to submit proper information by 02 September 2015 at 3:00pm will result in the individual's denial of access to base. Questions: Questions will be due no later than 09 September 2015 at 10:00am. Any questions received after this deadline will not be answered.
