Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with OnCourse Learning Corporation for the following online learning system: CE Direct continuing education in healthcare including unlimited access to 2,300+ CE courses, 600+ certification review courses, & 600+ textbook topics for 1 year. CE Direct provides supplemental certification preparation courses and sample examinations for providing consistent and up-to-date professional education in healthcare settings, September 1, 2015 through August 30, 2016, in Roseburg, Oregon. NAICS 511120 applies. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide what is bring requested above for nurses. Responses must be received no later than 0800 (PST) on August 31, 2015. All responses must be e-mailed to Traci.Jackson1@va.gov
