- The Expeditionary Contracting Command Afghanistan (ECC-A), Regional Contracting Command-Qatar(RCC-Q) is conducting market research to identify sources licensed in Afghanistan and capable of performing inventory of all Vehicles(100,000) Weapons (738,000) and COMS (225,000). All information contained in this Request for Information (RFI) Announcement is preliminary and subject to modification; it is in no way binding on the Government. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this request. The information requested will be used by the Government to facilitate decision making. This is a preliminary market research effort; no proprietary information is to be provided at this time. The determination of a procurement strategy, based upon the comments submitted in response to this (RFI), is solely within the discretion of the Government. Failure to respond to the RFI does not preclude submitting a proposal if a formal acquisition is announced.
