- This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request For Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one year option years. The part being procured is FAIRING, AIRCRAFT for NSN 1560-01-512-1851; Mc Donnell Douglas Helicopter CO, CAGE 8V613 P/N 7-51140175-102; approved source Cox and CO Inc CAGE 98085 P/N 6110-142; Estimated Annual Quantity of 20 each; surge and sustainment required; the required delivery is 194 days; FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is 18 AUGUST 2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
