- The Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden intends to competitively award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for non-personal services for maintenance, inspection, repair, and cleaning services for sports fields, playgrounds, ball courts, skating areas, and pavilions located throughout the housing areas in USAG Wiesbaden, hereafter referred to as "outdoor recreational facilities" (ORF). The work under this contract will be performed at various locations within USAG Wiesbaden, to include the housing areas at Aukamm, Crestview, Hainerberg, and Clay Kaserne. The Period of Performance (PoP) will be for one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. All offers shall be in the English language and in EURO currency. It is our intent to post soliciation W912CM-15-T-0030 on or around August 11, 2015. The soliciation and any amenments or announcements will be posted the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website. Award will be made to the responsible offeror that submits a technically acceptable offer and is the lowest price.
