NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS CANCELLATION NOTICE IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. NO BASIS FOR CLAIMS SHALL ARISE AS A RESULT OF A RESPONSE TO THIS CANCELLATION NOTICE.
