Description

You are invited to attend an Industry Day hosted by the 448 SCMW, on Thursday, 20 Aug 2015, 0830 -1100, at the Tinker Business Industrial Park (TBIP), 2701 Liberty Parkway, Midwest City, Ok 73110, Building 3 (South), Suite 335. This Industry Day will highlight structural parts the Air Force is seeking increased competition through reverse engineering and/or repair development. In an effort to drive down AF Supply Chain costs, the 448 Supply Chain Management Wing (SCMW) is launching an initiative to identify candidates for potential reverse engineering or repair development that will provide a positive return on investment (ROI). These items may have a varying degree of Technical Data that may be required. This initial Industry Day will focus on structural items that are managed at Tinker AFB, OK. Seating capacity is limited and request no more than two representatives from each company attend. Registration must include company name, attendee's names, phone number, and email address. Please register with Mr. Ryan Perry at 429SCMS.SASPO.Workflow@US.AF.Mil no later than 5PM on 17 Aug 2015. All cost incurred to attend are the responsibility of the attendee. This Industry Day is for the government to provide information to interested parties on the Commercially-Used Overhauled initiative and to receive feedback from interested parties to facilitate further market research. The Government will not incur cost for this event. The Government will not pay for information provided or for travel cost to attend this event.
