- You are invited to attend an Industry Day hosted by the 448 SCMW, AFLCMC and AFSC and DLA Small Business offices on Thursday, 20 Aug 2015, 1230 -1500, at the Tinker Business Industrial Park (TBIP), 2701 Liberty Parkway, Midwest City, Ok 73110, Building 3 (South), Suite 335. The Air Force is seeking to reduce costs by improving competition on a diverse group of propulsion engine parts through the procurement of commercially-used overhauled spares. The AF will provide detailed information on current F108 (CFM56-2) J85, T56, TF33 and TF34 parts where use of refurbished commercial parts will be considered. Information on the Qualification Requirements for these parts and submittal of subsequent Source Approval Requests will be explained. Technical questions will be addressed at the Industry Day. Seating capacity is limited and request no more than two representatives from each company attend. Registration must include company name, attendee's names, phone number, and email address. Please register with Mr. Ryan Perry at 429SCMS.SASPO.Workflow@US.AF.Mil no later than 5PM on 17 Aug 2015. All cost incurred to attend are the responsibility of the attendee. This Industry Day is for the government to provide information to interested parties on the Commercially-Used Overhauled initiative and to receive feedback from interested parties to facilitate further market research. The Government will not incur cost for this event. The Government will not pay for information provided or for travel cost to attend this event.
