- The ground maintenance service consists in the following: Lawn mowing; trimming and pruning of shrubs; deforestation of shrubs and all vegetation; hedge trimming ; removal of dry foliage of trees; annual pruning of trees;cutting of trees; removal or drilling of stumps; replant of trees. The contract will include base year and four option years. SOA IS NOT REQUIRED SITE VISIT: The site visit will be held on August 06, 2015 at 14:00 hrs at gate no. 27 Depot Area, Tombolo(Pisa), Italy. MISCELLANEOUS: The solicitation package, including the technical specificaiton, description of the work and addtional information will be posted within few weeks on Federal Business Opportunities (www.fbo.gov). To be awarded a government contract you MUST have DUNS (Dun& Bradstreet; tel: 02-28455379) and NCAGE (www.dlis.dla.mil/Forms/Form_AC135.asp) numbers and be registered in SAM(https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM). We will discuss this at the site visit. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: In order to participate all interested parties are invited to indicate their interest by submitting email not later than close of Business(COB) July 30 2015 to the following address: cristina.pancaccini2.ln@mail.mil. Please indicate in your e-mail the solicitation number W912PF-15-R-0032 and the name of the company, address, phone number, e-mail address and name (s) of the person(s) who will be present at the site visit (maximum two people) : first name, last name, date of birth, place of birth, type and number of identification document. SUBMIT A COPY OF THE IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT ( CARTA DI IDENTITA') Only the persons who have provided the personal data will be allowed to attend the site visit. The Guards will check the identification card at the Gate. The offerors not present on the list will be denied the entrance to the base.
