- VTC Request for Quote Statement of Work Pricing Schedule Approved Products Listing The contractor shall provide all management, transportation, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to Engineer, Furnish, Install, and Test (EFI&T) a fully functional audio visual system in building 1319 large auditorium and a fully functional secure/non-secure IP Video Teleconferencing (VTC) System in building 1085 large and small Wing conference rooms at RAF Lakenheath, England. Equipment and work must be performed in accordance with Attachment 1, Statement of Work (SOW) and Attachment 3, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Approved Products List (APL). SITE VISIT A site visit will be held at RAF Lakenheath on or around 11 August, 2015. To attend the site visit offerors must email the names of attendees along with copies of two separate forms of photo identification to julie.gill@us.af.mil and paul.haynicz@us.af.mil by 6 August, 2015 at 2:00pm BST. RESPONSES TO REQUEST FOR QUOTE: Quotes are due to this office no later than 2:00p.m. Greenwich Mean Time, Tuesday 18 August, 2015. Quotes will be sent via e-mail to julie.gill@us.af.mil.
