- The U.S. Army plans to procure a Man Transportable Robotic System Increment II (MTRS Inc II). The MTRS Inc II is a remotely operated, man-transportable, robotic system. MTRS Inc II provides a standoff capability to detect and confirm presence, identify disposition, and counter hazards by providing a base capability of carrying various platform payloads in support of current and future missions. MTRS Inc II draft documents, as well as other releasable MTRS Inc II information will be posted on FedBizOpps. The posted information is provided for planning purposes only. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor does it restrict the Government as to its acquisition approach. Updated information on the MTRS Inc II will be posted to this notice as necessary. The Government will not provide notification when updated information is available. As such, it is the responsibility of interested parties to keep themselves informed on the most current information.
