Description

In accordance with FAR Parts 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and 5.101(a)(1) the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 19 Network Contracting Office (NCO 19), on behalf of Denver VAMC, plans to contract by means of other than full and open competition for the Parvo True One 2400 Metabolic Measuring System. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The NAICS code is 334516 and the Classification code is 6640. The suggested Vendor is ParvoMedics Inc. 8152 South 1715 East Sandy, UT 84093. Requested items consist of: ProductQuantity ParvoMedics TrueOne 2400 Metabolic Measurement System2 Canopy Hardware & Software2 Extended Year 4&5 warranty2 The Parvo TrueOne 2400 system features compatibility with existing Denver VAMC equipment. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include the technical specification of their product, past performance information, price and delivery time. The information submitted will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for considering future requirements. Responses to this notice should include the following: name and address of company, Dun & Bradstreet number, business size, and any other pertinent information that demonstrates firm's ability to meet the above requirement. Submit capability packages no later than August 6, 2015, 14:00 PM, MST by email to: johnny.luangkhot@va.gov If capability package from one or more vendor is deemed suitable for possible source to provide for requirement then a solicitation will follow.
