Description

The Network 11 Contracting Office intends to solicit quotes from contractors to provide Software Support Services for the Aria and Eclipse Medical Systems located at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center for a period October 1, 2015 through September30, 2016 and four (4) option years. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. This solicitation is being conducted under FAR 13.5 Commercial Items- Test Program as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. VA251-15-Q-0459. This solicitation closes on August 5, 2015. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the proposal submission process. NAICS Code is 811219, and Size Standard is $20.5 Million. The solicitation will be issued as Full and Open Competition. All responsible sources may submit quotations which shall be considered by the Agency. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) data base at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit that SAM website and register as soon as possible to avoid delays should they be selected for a contract award. Questions concerning this announcement should be directed to the Contracting Officer using the e-mail link provided. Responses must be submitted in writing to the Network 11 Contracting Office, Attention: Lisa Frymier, Contracting Officer (90CSC), 8888 Keystone Crossing Blvd ste 1100, Indianapolis, IN 46240, or by email at Lisa.Frymier@va.gov. Responses must be received no later than August 5, 2015 at 4pm EST. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
