- This amendment is attached the SOW for circulation desk, that was inadvertently left off. There is no change in offer due date and time. HASKELL INDIAN NATIONS UNIVERSITY HAS A REQUIREMENT FOR CIRCULATION DESK, OPAC STATIONS FOR ACADEMIC SUPPORT CENTER/LIBRARY. BIE anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of the Request of Quote. This procurement is being set aside 100% for Native American Owned businesses in accordance with the Buy Indian Act Regulations/Notice of Indian small business Economic Enterprise set aside 1452.280-1 (DIAR Clause) NOTE: DUE TO URGENCY OF THE REQUIREMENT THE RESPONSE TIME IS SHORT. THIS SOLICITATION IS ALL OR NONE. Quotes to be submitted in accordance with the attached SOW and specification. CONTRACTOR MUST COME ON SITE FOR ACCURATE MEASUREMENTS OF THE ROOM FOR FURNITURE.
