- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) anticipates conducting a competition under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and using procedures under the Contracting by Negotiation (FAR Part 15) for Advanced Capital Markets Instructor-Led Training. The purpose of the Advanced Capital Markets training is designed to bring bank examiners to a higher level of expertise needed for the OCC to fulfill its supervisory objectives particularly with the growth and complexity of the OCC large banks. Competition is unrestricted. The procurement will have a one (1) year base with four 12- month option year periods. The estimated date of award will be no later than October 30, 2015. It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal will be released on or about July 30, 2015.
