Description

In accordance with FAR Parts 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and 5.101(a)(1) the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 19 Network Contracting Office (NCO 19), on behalf of the Salt Lake City VAMC, plans to contract by means of other than full and open competition for Ovine Columbia Cross or Rambouillet Sheep for research. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The NAICS code is 112990 and the Classification code is 8820. The suggested Vendor is Innovative Livestock Solutions LLC 662 Blueridge Dr. Tooele, UT 84074. Requested items consist of: ProductQuantity Specially Bred Sheep (Columbia and Rambouillet)64 All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include the technical specification of their product, past performance information, price and delivery time. The information submitted will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for considering future requirements. Responses to this notice should include the following: name and address of company, Dun & Bradstreet number, business size, and any other pertinent information that demonstrates firm's ability to meet the above requirement. Submit capability packages no later than August 6, 2015, 14:00 PM, MST by email to: johnny.luangkhot@va.gov If capability package from one or more vendor is deemed suitable for possible source to provide for requirement then a solicitation will follow.
