It is not a Critical Safety Application (CSI) item nor is it a commercial item. The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. This item is sole source to Texstar, LLC. The Government does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, Texstar, LLC 12849, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval (SAR) package for evaluation for future procurements to: Defense Logistics Agency- Aviation Office of the Competition Advocate ATTN: DSCR-DU 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway Richmond, VA 23297-5100 DELIVERY: 390 days after receipt of order. QUANTITY: 25 each. INSPECTION/ACCEPT : Destination. FOB Origin. The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, manual order. The letter solicitation will be issued on 14 August 2015 and will close on 14 September 2015. The solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website.
