- attached is a copy of the JOFOC for Juniper Systems The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract with CSI Mapping. The ATF intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of Brandon Hodnett, email address Brandon.Hodnett@atf.gov by Friday July 31, 2015 (12:00pm EST). Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
