- 15-249-SOL-00031 Tohono O'odham Nation Map Cover Letter SF 1449 Wage Determination Experience and Past Performance Questionnaire Request for Proposal (RFP): 15-249-SOL-00031 The Tucson Area Indian Health Service (TAIHS) is intending to establish a Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) type contract using Firm-Fixed Price for the provision of Revenue Cycle services which includes Medical Coding, Third-party Billing, Accounts Receivable and Debt Management. The requirement will be for one base year and if exercised up to four additional one-year option year periods. The soliciation is scheduled to close on Friday, August 28, 2015.
