- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on FEDBIZOPPS. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAR and DFARS. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The NAICS code is 334118 and the Small Business Standard is 1000. The proposed contract is set-aside to 100% Small Business. The government requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: CLIN 0001: Wide Format Printer, Toner Based Plotter Printer Specifications: - Large format black & white and color - Toner Based - Speed - B&W 225/hr - Color 210/hr - Resolution - 600 dpi - EPA Energy Star - 2" Roll Holder - Hybrid Controller - 6 Roll capacity with a max of 3,900 ft. and width of 11" - 42" - Top delivery tray, 42-inch stacker - Scan format: TIFF, PDF, PDF/A, JPEG, CALS - Minimum of 4GB DDR - Scanner equipped - Media Type - Plain paper, Bond paper, Recycled paper, Colored paper, Fluorescent paper, Blueback, Tyvek - Page Description Language (at a minimum) - HP-GL, HP-GL/2, TIFF, JPEG, Adobe PostScript 3/ PDF, CALS-I, NIRS, ASCII, CalComp, C4 -1 year Maintenance Qty: 1 The Delivery Location is Fort Bragg, NC 28310 Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control. All quotes shall include price(s), FOB point, a point of contact, name and phone number, GSA contract number if applicable, business size, and payment terms. Quotes over 10 pages in total will not be accepted by facsimile.
