- SF-30 Amend 0002 Solicitation The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to add the requirement; all offerors must be approved as its own "state" within the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) to be considered for this requirement. All changes have been indicated by a vertical line. The closing date of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation has been extended until September 8, 2015 at 2 p.m. EST to allow offerors the opportunity to obtain this certification and to provide documentation that they are certified with the NREMT.
