- Description
- The Flagstaff Laboratory HVAC Controls project requires the contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight/delivery and all necessary valid licenses and permits to modify the existing building control system and furnish, install, and integrate new controls for a fully functional control system. The allotted time for this contract is thirty (30) days from the notice to proceed. All work shall be performed at the site location.. The anticipated date for issuance of the solicitation is on or around August 14, 2015. The due date will be identified on the solicitation and will be available for free download at www.fbo.gov. A site visit date and time is still to be determined. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 - $100,000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Total Small Business concerns. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted, in writing, to Anthony Salas at asalas@fs.fed.us no later than August 28, 2015.
