- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation for the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Eustis will result in a firm-fixed price contract for Unprogrammed Repairs to the US Army Reserve Vessels LCUs 2025, 2030, 2032 and 2033, Stationed at Port Hueneme, California. Offeror's shall possess the industry standard certifications required for performance of the specifications. Offeror's shall provide a copy of their International Cargo Gear Bureau (ICGB) certificate with their proposal submission. Proof of certification is required in order to receive an award.
