- Notice To All Offerors (2) ITO Attachment 1.6(a) (NTE Coefficient Pricing Matrix) ITO Attachment 1.2(a) (Past Performance Questionnaire) Amendment 1 Please be advised that the Government has posted the answers to all Questions & Answers received as of the 23 July 2015 at 3:00PM CST. The Q&As can be found in document titled "Notice to Offereors (2)". Additionally, as a result of the Q&A session the Government has posted an Amendment to the Solicitation extending the offer due date to 24 August 2015, 3:00PM CST. Please ensure you sign a copy of the Amendment and incorporate in proposal Volume IV (each hard copy and disk copy).
