- This is a Request for information for a brand name or equal to the Dell Power Vault NX3230-(Server) Please email CPT Ray Harris at tonja.r.harris.mil@mail.mil with capability statement by 31 July 15. The MECs are for a quanity of 1 CPU server. Server is configured to meet projects requirement and MUST contain the following equipment, software and services to meet requirements: 1.
