- PROVIDE TWO CATAMARAN PASSENGER FERRY VESSELS The purpose of Amendment Number 2 is to incorporate "Attachment No. 1 to Amendment No. 2," attached hereto and hereby made a part of this amendment. The due date and time for proposal submission has been extended to August 11, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Savings Time. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
