- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) and the U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Joint Munitions Command (JMC) located at Rock Island Arsenal, IL and the Project Director for Joint Services (PD JS) and the Project Manager for Combat Ammunition Systems (PM CAS) are announcing an Industry Day to be held in connection with the property management and operation of the Scranton Army Ammunition Plant (SCAAP) combined with the associated production at SCAAP of 155mm M795 steel projectile and 120mm mortar steel shell bodies under solicitation W52P1J-15-R-0023. Attachments include Industry Day Announcement, Registration Form, and Hotel Listings for the area of Scranton, PA. *17 February 2015 - Please see the attached Industry Day Follow Up Announcement *25 February 2015 - A SCAAP Tour Hand-Out is available (a list of some key equipment and capabilities) upon request only and will be provided at the Industry Day tour. This document is DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT D: Distribution authorized to Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors only. In order to receive a copy, each contractor will need to submit a copy of their certified DD Form 2345 via email to both ACC-RI, ATTN: Mr. Adam Elmore at adam.j.elmore.civ@mail.mil and ACC-NJ, ATTN: Mr. Joe Determan at joseph.e.determan2.civ@mail.mil, or bring a copy of your certified DD Form 2345 to Industry Day in order to receive a copy. DD Form 2345 and all applicable instructions can be obtained at the following website: www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp. *27 February 2015 - Please see the attached Industry Day Charts and Question/Comment Form. The U.S. Government will not provide hand-outs of the Industry Day Charts however, the U.S. Government will provide hand-outs of the Question/Comment Form. *14 July 2015 - Please see the attached Q&A's from Industry Day.
