- The FAA has a requirement to provide Technical and Analytical Support to the FAA Office of Commercial Space Transportation (AST) in accordance with the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is conducting this Market Survey to identify potential Small Business vendors capable of meeting these services and receive industry comments on the Draft SOW. Respondents must complete a business declaration form attached to this market survey. This market survey is for information purposes only and information received will be used to determine the acquisition strategy for this procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541990 All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services $6.5 million. When responding to this market survey, please submit the following to La Keisha Wiley-Bess at lakeisha.wiley-bess@faa.gov. Responses to this market survey are due July 21, 2015 no later than 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). Reference the title and solicitation number in your response. No phone calls will be accepted. Please communicate by email only. This market survey shall not be construed as a commitment of any kind or a contract. This is not a Screening Information Request (SIR) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey.
