- A solicitation is to be released for the construction of two new concrete pads, access road widening and demolition. Construction requirements include, but are not limited to, the following: • 11,622 SF of concrete pad; • 1,638 SF of concrete access road widening; • demolish 184 LF of existing 6 inch thick by 24 inch deep concrete footers and;. • haul away of waste material Project location: Building 1234, 1352 and 3341, NAS JRB, Fort Worth, TX 76127. In accordance with FAR Provision 36.204 and DFARS 236.204, the magnitude of construction for this requirement is between $250,000 and $500,000 The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238110 with applicable size standard is $15 million. Tentative date of solicitation release: 31 July 2015 Estimated construction times: Sixty (60) days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed Tentative closing date for Bids: 31 August 2015 at 1200 PM Central Time In accordance with FAR 6.203 this acquisition is to be set-aside for Small Businesses Contract type: Firm Fixed Price All inquires shall be via email only.
