Description
In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System paragraph 3.2.1.3.11, the purpose of this announcement is to inform the industry of the basis of the FAA ™s decision to increase the Total Estimated Potential Value of a Blanket Purchase Agreement. The FAA intends to increase the value of Blanket Purchase Agreement DTFAAC14A-00013 to CD&T Logistics, Inc., for spare parts acquisition in support of the National Aerospace System (NAS). This Blanket Purchase Agreement is being modified for the procurement of additional spare parts, thus an increase in the ceiling is necessary. The FAA ™s decision is to increase the ceiling from $99,999.00 to $450,000.00. This announcement is for information purposes only, not a Solicitation/Request for Proposal. A competitive solicitation is not available for this announcement. This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has a program to assist small businesses, small business owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
