- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SCOPE OF WORK: To provide the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR)leasing, installation and validation of Post-Analytical Specimen Processing Systems. The systems are to include all applicable maintenance and services, as well as all consumables needed for proper functioning of the system. For specific information please see attached solicitation.
