- PE4A7-15-R-2299 will be issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price Contract, Long Term Contract, for One Base Year and Four Option Years. The material is NSN 1560-01-153-9633, SKIN, AIRCRAFT. This is used on the A-10 Aircraft. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin; FOB Destination. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran, Small Business Set Aside. Only offers from a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned firm will be accepted. Delivery will be required within 200 Days After Receipt of Order after FAT Approval. Delivery for the FAT Item will be 200 DARO. Pricing is requested for the Estimated Annual Demand Quantity: ESTIMATED ANNUAL DEMAND (EAD) QUANTITIES: EAD: 234 EACH BASE YEAR: 234 EACH OPTION YEAR ONE: 234 EACH OPTION YEAR TWO: 234 EACH OPTION YEAR THREE: 234 EACH OPTION YEAR FOUR: 234 EACH Maximum Annual Contract Quantity All Years: 234 Each Minimum Delivery Order Quantity: 39 each Maximum Delivery Order Quantity: 156 each. The RFP will be available on www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil after July 28, 2015.
