- SCA Wage Determination. List of jobs and wages required by the Service Contract Act. Performance of Work Statement. Description of work to be performed by the contractor. RFQ Document. Fill out boxes 17a, 30a, 30b, 30c, and pages 3-9 (with unit price and total) This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitiutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. This solicitation, FA4460-15-T-0027, shall serve as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquistion Circular (FAC) 2005-83 (Effective 02 JUL 2015). This procurement is 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). the NAICS code is 562211 and the small business size is $38.5 Million. Please see attached SF 1449 Solicitation FA4460-15-T-0027 for CLIN details. This solicitation is calling for a year long contract plus 4 option years. The period of performance for the base year of this contract will be 01 OCT 15 - 30 SEP 16. Quotes shall include the base year plus all option years and will be awarded based on the total price of the entire quote. Destination for delivery to Little Rock AFB, AR 72099. Quotes are required to be received by the 19th Contracting Squadron NO LATER THAN 04:30 PM CST, MONDAY, 27 July 2015.
