- Replace flooring and cove base, clean ceiling tiles, and paint the interior walls in the security operations wing of the administration building located within Mt. Rushmore National Memorial, Keystone, SD. This project consists of all tools, materials, labor, supervision and other items necessary to complete the entire project as specified. Work includes replacing flooring and cove base and painting the interior walls of the security operations facility. Work also includes: dismantle and reassemble cubicles, remove and dispose of old carpet, clean ceiling tiles, paint and patch all walls, install new recycled rubber tile flooring, and remove existing cove base and replace with like in-kind cove material. This project is set-aside 100% for small businesses. NAICS Code: 236220 (size standard $36.5M), PSC: Z2AZ. Davis-Bacon Wage Rates for Pennington County shall apply. The magnitude of this project is $25,000 to $100,000. The National Park Service, Midwest Region (MWR), NEKOTA Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO), intends to award a firm-fixed price, construction contract in response to this solicitation. Offerors must have a DUNS number, be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications in SAM, in order to be eligible for award. The government intends to make an award resulting from this RFQ using FAR 13.106-2 -- Evaluation of Quotations or Offers. The government will evaluate all quotes in an efficient and minimally burdensome fashion using the following evaluation criteria: PRICE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE PAST PERFORMANCE Please submit the following information with your quote for the government's consideration: -3 or more examples of your company's relevant experience on similar projects, specifically projects that require coordination and scheduling between several labor divisions (Fill out the attached document Relevant Exp and Tech Cap Questionnaire.docx for this criteria). -3 or more examples of your company's relevant past performance (Fill out the attached document Past Performance References.doc for this criteria). -completed lump sum price Offerors are encouraged to review Section M of the solicitation package closely. Any mention to proposal throughout this solicitation package shall mean quote. On-site work shall take place September 8 - 27th, 2015. Contract time between the notice to proceed and September 8, 2015 shall be reserved for the submittal process and other pre-work organization. Work hours will be from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. Weekends will be allowed form 6:00am to 6:00 pm when approved by COR. An organized site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 21, 2015 @ 2pm Mountain Time. Participants will meet at Mt. Rushmore National Memorial, 13000 Highway 244, Building 31, Keystone, SD 57751.
